Anthony Bourdain from No Reservations made a visit to Lin Heung TeaHouse in Hong Kong, 2007. He sampled traditional Hong Kong dim sum from pork liver shu mai, barbecue pork bun, Chinese-style steamed sponge cake, steamed crab meat with fish maw and har gao (shrimp dumplings).

What are your favorite dim sum? If you are one of those that want to try something new and exotic, then the next time you are at your favorite dim sum restaurant, try ordering tripe, duck feet or chicken feet, and anything else that you have never thought of eating before. Of course, you can always play it safe and stick to the usual.
