Anthony Bourdain meets Chef Alvin Leung

No Reservations, Hong Kong 2007. Anthony Bourdain met with the Chef Alvin Leung of “Bo Innovations”, known to the world as the “Demon Chef”. In this episode, Anthony Bourdain sampled sausage ice cream with rice crisp, toro sushi with air-dried foie gras, lobster with Szechuan sauce and har gao pasta, and wagyu beef with shrimp and scallop broth. The verdict? Incredible meal!
