A video recipe on how to make Pepper Chicken Chettinad. You will need the following ingredient:

2 pieces of cardamom
250 grams of chicken
2 sticks of cinnamon
3 cloves of garlic
5 grams of coriander powder
5 grams of crushed pepper corns
4 grams of cumin
5 grams of cumin powder
2 springs curry leaves
5 grams of fresh chopped coriander
5 grams of ginger garlic paste
3 numbers gr chillies
grams mustard
25 ml oil
1 large onion
5 grams red chilli pdr
5 grams salt
2 numbers tomatoes

Directions:

1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add mustard, cumin, onions, turmeric, ginger, garlic, paste, curry leaves, and green chilli.

2. Saute the ingredients for a while and then add tomatoes, coriander, cumin powder or garam masala ( optional) and salt and mix well.

3. Add the chicken to the frying pan and mix well, and cover and cook over a low-medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. When the chicken is almost done, add the ground pepper into the mixture and mix well.
