Pad Thai

Ingredients:

2-3 cups pad Thai noodle (sticky rice noodles) soaked in warm water for about 3-5 minutes
1/4 lb raw shrimps, pork, chicken or beef
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sliced shallots
2 green onion, slice into 1 inch
1 cup bean sprouts
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar or tamarind sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
